My flashback Thursday journey this week takes me back to one of my first jobs when I graduated from the School of the Art Institute in Chicago. I was employed by Ann's Original Figurines, Inc, in Hillside, IL, as a sculpture, sign painter, oh ya and cashier. During the little over a year that I worked there, I created 4 sculptures. This Camping piece was the last one I did before I left to take a teaching position at a local high school.
I often wonder if there are any of my sculptures that are still out there. I check eBay from time to time, but haven't spotted one yet.
